"Museum and funeral" [ 博物館とお葬式 ] *

I received a letter. „Everyday all I think about is dying. What should I do in order to die?”. Exactly, what should we do in order to die? I can’t write an answer that’s not in my heart like “Do your best and live on!”, and writing “Both of us, lets do our best to die soon!” is also strange.
Having no other solution than dying because of debts pilling up or not having will power to live on because of a broken heart – it’s not that kind of a concrete escape. Vaguely, we want to come to death. Yes, death is what we are always longing for. The death we are pursuing is not the actual death. The other day I participated in a funeral of someone I knew. The actual, physical death makes me feel perplexed. It’s too human, too common. I was scolded by adults “Nowadays, children haven’t experienced real death and they think little of it”. I completely agree. Because for us, death is nothing but a conception. And we have no interest in the real death.

Miko** from “Gazing at love and death” faces an incurable disease and dies in purity. Death as objects, like Bernard Faucon's mannequins***. And death as immature narcisstic heroism. Excessive romanticism always concludes in death.
Don’t you think that our death is like an ammonite in a museum? The important one is not the phantom of the squid that was swimming in the ancient times’ sea, but the remains of images which are changed into a mineral. Death is a process leading to crystallization. A young lady is always face to face with death. Red ribbon and the frilly blouse and the stuffed toy, I get an impression these are all symbols of death. Because they are all fakes of life. Death is a world where time stopped, our beloved setting of scenery and the plastic ring too, it is fiction which is in a coffin that has an arrow in the opposite direction from life.
Ah! When will we be able to meet the lovely death? If we died, it’s good even if we don’t eat everyday, don’t go to school or work and don’t listen to a friend’s annoying stories. The sound of a mourning bell of a church echoes through the streets made of stone. The funeral procession solemnly passes through with a Gregorian chant. If I could just once die and be brought back to life, I would try it out right now. But since I’m writing things like that, I probably won’t be able to die any time soon…

Dla mnie Novala Takemoto to tylko kolejny mangaka. A to że jest dodatkowo projektantem BtSSB nie robi na mnie żadnego wrażenia. O Shimotsuma Story mówi się że jest kultowa, dla mnie, tak samo jak powyższy tekst, jest nie do strawienia... :/

Jego ksiazki sa cudowne, mi bardzo bardzo odpowiada jego filozofia, jest cudowna. Ma styl. *^^*

Is there a man on this earth who won’t be gentle towards the woman he loves?! Even the most incompetent man, has at least the gentleness. Conversely, the incompetent guys, more than making “gentleness” his weapon, he has no skills, so those guys who are introduced with “his strong point is gentleness”, it means nothing else that they are completely incompetent. If she says an excuse like “Because he is gentle”, she should just clearly declare defeat saying “I destroyed my ideal and chose those left-overs, that have no positive feature except for gentleness... I regret it”. Covering up the essential desires, going for compromise mutually, the ugliness of couples that seem to have cuddled together just to lick each other’s wounds, it’s the grave sin of this world. Ecological movement goes “lets be gentle towards the nature”, but the nature is not really gentle towards us. That’s why, the nature is more so magnificent. The volcano erupts, the tsunami rages down. That ill hearted pose is truly fascinating, and it awakens the desire to give in. Even if you fall into a calm lake, you will drown; the nice cool breeze is carrying viruses and germs. There’s not even a fragment of gentleness.
If we are spoken ill of because of high pride for example, we must have our ideal wedding with the ideal lover. The “love”, when ideals are forgotten, is just ordinary sexual desire. “Gentleness” is the denial of progress and evolution towards the future. ”Gentleness” is under toned with the conservative fear that aims to preserve the current state of things. The love where both lover’s feeling aren’t omitted and clash fiercely as fighting swords, it sublimes love into culture. Therefore love becomes literature, love becomes music, it leads us to deep emotions. You don’t go looking for tranquility in love. Come, it is a battle. Dla mnie Novala to moj przywodca duchowy. *^^* Przeczytalam juz ok. 60% jego dziel.

Dla mnie może nie przywódca duchowy, ale bardziej jako ktoś, przy dziełach kogo mogę się odprężyć i spokojnie pomyśleć (co nie zdarza mi się powalająco często XD).

Ogólenie polecam osobom, które lubią coś pokroju Topora, a chcą się zbliżyć do czegoś podobnego do Coelho (a jego samego nie trawią)
